Peter's Blend

Our darkest roast. Slow roasted blend of specialty grade Arabica/Robusta

This coffee blend is name in honor of SPC. Jason Peter. SPC. Peter was from Marengo IL. He had a love from Chicago sports teams, especially the cubs and bears. There would be numerous conversations about there’s always next year for his favorite teams. He had an amazing sense of humor and could make you laugh even during the most stressful times with his quick quips and sarcastic remarks. Just hearing him laugh at movies he was watching on his laptop would make you laugh with him. SPC. Peter deployed to Afghanistan from 2008-2009 and was apart of PMT Crazy Horse during his deployment. After deployment he would try to keep in touch with those he served with, even if it was just a short joke or comment to make you laugh. SPC. Peter passed away on July 25, 2017. He is survived by his two daughters who were his entire world. $1 of each bag and merchandise sold in his name will be donated to organizations that help veterans with mental health and to prevent veteran suicide.
